Wyoming is windy...I think that is all I have to say. We had a nice calm day and then picked up fierce head wind and after 20 plus miles we picked up a tailwind. We went about 14 miles past Jeffrey City but ended up coming back to stay the night. We went to the only thing open in town a Cafe/Bar/fuel place and met some other cyclists there. 
Not too much to see, but plenty of plains for the wind to whip over.
